Returns & Refunds Policy
MERCH & SOFT GOODS
You may return any new, unopened merchandise that is in a saleable/restock condition within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in a condition to be resold.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping cost by providing a return shipping label and will send a replacement item.Â
If the return is due to the item arriving damaged, we require you to send pictures of the following:

The item received

The damage on the item
-
The inner and outer packaging
Once we receive and review the pictures, we will proceed to issue a full refund, including shipping charges, and/or send a replacement item at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for damaged items without pictures. You do not need to return the damaged item.
All refunds, returns, and replacements are at the sole discretion of Pendleton Whisky and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, return, or replacement, please contact our customer care department via email at info@pendletonwhisky.com.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Pendleton Whisky, Accelpay, Inc. or its third-party retail partners. We are sorry but returns are not accepted for Alcoholic Beverages. Â
